ALL UIL SOCCER OFFICIALS
The final meeting for referees working UIL games will be held on Wednesday, February 15th at John Sneed's Germania Insurance office at 313 South Main Street, McGregor, TX.
(in downtown McGregor)
Meeting starts at 6:30 and ends at 8:00.
Instruction will be provided on game management.
Tests should be completed by now. February assignments have been done, and those who have not passed the test were placed on a lower priority level than completers. Please contact Georgia Baird if you think she doesn't know you have completed the test.

This meeting is mandatory. It is your final opportunity to train, explain and complain. Please put it on your calendar now!

Your UIL assignor fee was due by December 14. Returning refs who have yet to pay the fees now owe Georgia $70 (adult) or ($45 (youth).

UIL INFO FOR 2012 SEASON
If you would like to officiate UIL (high school) games January through April of 2012, please complete the Texas Association of Sports Officials registration form and bring it to the December meeting or contact Georgia Baird. You will need to pay the registration fee, $25 for new officials, $75 for returning officials, when you turn in your form. Georgia can be reached at 254-744-5885 for questions. To summarize, in order to work UIL games and make big money, you will need to pay (1)TASO registration fee, (2) assignor fee, and (3) dues for to a local referee association (such as CTSRA or TASRA.)
Association Dues
CTSRA dues: 18 and over: $15.00, 17 and under: $10.00

USSF REFEREES
All referees must recertify and register annually to stay eligible to work at HOT and other venues registered with North and South Texas Soccer Association. Registration and Testing will be completed on-line for 2012.
For Those of You Wanting to Become A Referee
Heart of Texas Soccer is hosting a Grade 8 and Grade 9 referee clinic. The grade 8 clinic for ages 14 and up will be held on February 10, 11 and 12. Click here to register.
